Wear your white t-shirts, sweat pants, neon color shirts, wrist bands and head bands, it's going to be a night to get a great workout, while listening to the best beats.

(avoid any see through fabrics and revealing clothing)

• expect to remove your shoes for the workout, you may keep your socks on

• fun filled kickboxing exercise class
